Field/Info collected but not displayed

When I am in 'Edit' on a given river and click "Edit Beta Box", I'm presented with fields 'Difficulty', 'Average Gradient', 'Maximum Gradient', 'Permit URL', and 'Permit Information'.
However, what is visible outside of edit is Difficulty, Length, Average Gradient, and Reach Info Last Updated.
Is there some reason we allow entry of, but do not display, 'Maximum Gradient', 'Permit URL', and 'Permit Information'?
