I happened to be browsing the Accident Database, and noticed the ability to filter results in a multitude of ways. I decided to check for all listed accidents in Wisconsin, but found a bunch of oddities as I used the 'State' pull-down.
1) While most states are listed with standard two-character abbreviations, a good number (Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, ...) are written out in full (although for some, only a limited number of characters display within the very narrow pull-down, EG. Pennsylv).
2) Scrolling down the list, after HI (Hawaii) and before IA (Iowa), there is "I", which when I choose it appears to mean "International", but seems odd that it is not spelled out (
given that some states are spelled out) or abbreviated in some more meaningful way.
3) The list abruptly ends at RI (Rhode Island), leaving no way to filter for all remaining states!
4) There's a "Country" pull-down, but I have no Idea what most of the abbreviations there are. (Selecting a number of the first ones, no reports appear.) And, then, scrolling to the bottom of the list, there is "US" and "United States". (The former brings up reports, the latter yields null.)
That's just a quick sampling of problems I found with just a quick attempt to use this page. I strongly doubt it is a comprehensive list of other problems which likely exist.
