Gauge not reporting in AW

I have linked DELAVAN LAKE OUTLET AT BORG ROAD NEAR DELAVAN, WI as a second reference for a section of river (White (Fox/Illinois trib.) Sheridan Springs Road to Mill Street). When I pull up the river page, click on the "Flow" tab, scroll past the primary gauge, and click on this secondary gauge, it show "No results" "no gauge readings for your chosen parameters, please try again."

However, when I click on the "US Geological Survey" button, the USGS page for the gauge opens, and shows the gauge is working fine.

Can someone investigate why AW gets no gauge readings?
