10). One conventional unit equals one US dollar.
11). Payment currency: Russian ruble, digital assets, or other forms agreed upon by the Parties at the time of payment.
12). The total amount under this Agreement depends on current world grain prices and may be changed by mutual agreement of the Parties.
13). Advance payment: 30% of the estimated current monthly delivery lot.
14). Final payment: within 24 hours from the moment on the basis and upon the fact of providing documents for the goods loaded onto the vessel.
