This ride reporting is starting to feel like actual work! Oh, wait, that will more likely be "working" at the Ft Clinch ranger station tomorrow morning. I'm getting lazy...make that lazier.
And yesterday was a lazy day to go for a bike ride: not too hot, not too windy, just right. We had a fun-loving group show up, mostly the usual cast of characters. I expected Steve J to be back in Chicago, but he and Liz had to postpone their trip home because of "the crud." Sallie is "coming down" with it, too. This, too shall pass...we hope!
We did have some complaints about the NFBC.us sign-in page, which can be tricky. Dan P said he was unable to sign in Barbara. I told him to try again, and I also informed NFBC Statsman Danny that Barbara needs credit for her miles, too! We'll see how that works out.
We're all still worried about Joe's progress, and hoping a transfer to the UF North rehab facility goes well, a location that will be much more convenient for all of us to visit Joe and show Patti our support.
That's about all I have to say for now...except traffic wasn't too menacing, and even the Dee Dee Bartels boat ramp wasn't overrun with Bubba trucks and gigantic trailers hauling big boats, mostly participants in this weekend's King Fish Tournament. Here's the list of winners, so far:
