Wednesday Ride Report

Hi everyone,

We had a lovely trail ride today. It was a bit hot and humid, as expected, and the trail had several large puddles—some of which were practically lakes! We were able to ride through most of them and walked around the rest.

Today’s ride was special for two reasons:

1.  Mike P. joined us!
2.  We had a photographer with us to capture video for a Nassau Video segment on riding the trails. Unfortunately, the golf cart had some mechanical issues, so he will be joining us again next week to finish up.

All in all, it was a great ride.

What an awesome day for a ride! The sky was clear blue, the wind was not an issue at all, and we had a great time riding along on the trail. The sun was beautiful shining through the trees, and the trail had been cleared of debris from past week's rainstorms.

It was wonderful to have Liz W. join us today, alongside Amy K., Susan T., Norm S., Gus R., and Bill B.

HEADS UP: We need ride leaders BAD. 

1. Friday: Joe's Friday Special (would rather not lead) 

2. Saturday: Main Beach Ride (Susan is out of town) 

3. Monday: Yulee Ride (I'm leading the Sunday ride in Callahan)
