Well sports fans it’s almosttime for your Thursday ride around our little island. The weather should be a lot warmer than it was in Erie, PA last week where I was.

12 members showed and rode this morning on a perfect weather day. I finally got to see some of the returning snowbirds in person. I haven’t ridden with the club since I broke my collarbone on 7/19 and I did mostly grandfatherly visits to the grand kids since then. I recommended that riders return to Main Beach via 1st Ave or Citrona due to the utility line work on Jimmy Buffet hiway (Fletcher) during the safety brief. Amy, Dr J, and George were thanked for subbing so much this year. No flats or mechanicals to report. Peter B was the assistant ride leader since I took a shortcut home. Thanks Peter!
