I have been diagnosed with cataracts that need surgery sometime soon.  The diagnosis came from Coastal Vision on Amelia Island.  I've gone to them for years and have been pretty satisfied with their care and thoroughness.  But laser surgery to repair cataracts is a little different than eye exams and corrective lenses.  I've researched them a bit and their online customer reviews have been generally good.  Today I heard disturbing reviews from a couple of friends I trust that I should not go to Coastal Vision for my cataract repair.  So, I'm asking my cycling "family"...would you recommend Coastal Vision for my cataract laser surgery?  If so, why?  If not, why not?  Is there another ophthalmologist, you'd recommend instead? (Doesn't have to be on Amelia Island).  I'm not in any tremendous rush but I'd like to get the ball rolling.
