Tuesday Tour de Fish AKA Amelia to Mayport Ride

It was a beautiful COOL morning with a low dew point.  We had a good safety briefing and started right on time.  15 registered riders and we started on time.  Only mechanical to report was before the ride start when my pedal fell off as I was taking it out the car.  That is kind of odd one.... but was easily replaced before the ride. I forgot to take a Start Photo.  Everyone has been taking the trail route through the Talbots.  I need to change the official Map on the NFBC events page.  The bike lane at Fort George bridge has still not been paved.  Lets hope the FDOT or contractor gets this before the Watermelon Ride but there is a Plan B.  I will be able to lead next week.  

Other update our good friend Johnathan Tomasetti's Mom Jackie Tomasetti passed away a recently, her funeral is scheduled September 12 at 11:00 am Memorial United Methodist Church.
