to Cycling Amelia Island
16 members showed and rode including new member Stacy W from St Mary’s on her folding e-bike. Safety brief went well and we didn’t have to sing happy birthday to my little brother Buck ‘cause he couldn’t hear us in Richland, WA. Speaking of wildlife, a deer crossed our path in the park and also seen was a tortoise, osprey, pink roseate spoonbill, and a small armadillo in my pool. Apparently he didn’t know how to swim too well. (No Skeeter, we didn’t give him CPR.) Ash St is still closed so we had to take the 3rd St detour. I’ll be visiting grandkids the next three Thursdays. Dr J volunteered to lead next week. No flats or mechanicals to report.
