We had 16 riders show up today, with a few spotty showers in the beginning , and wet roads on the north end and in the Fort. We broke into the our normal pace groups and had a nice ride, with no more showers and no incidents that I know of. We went over the safety briefing and discussed the amount of injuries this year, with G-Man, being the latest on the disabled list, after a fall on Sunday. He is back in Mass and has a broken collarbone, which, from what he told me, will not require surgery. I had a very nice visit with Joe and Patti yesterday, and Greg as well. Joe was up and about and ready to do more walking (with the walker) when I left there.
Have a safe Labor Day weekend. We are flying west tomorrow to see God's country...the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. We come home on the 5th.
See Y'all when we get back!
