I will be subbing for the Remarkable Mrs T tomorrow as your ride leader. Hopefully, I will remember the route. It will be toasty with a “real feel” of over 90 degrees F by the end of the ride. Don’t forget your water bottles, helmets, bikes with good brakes, and safe attitudes. The Memorial Day visitors are already out in force so we need to watch out for those crazy drivers.
See you at Main Beach tomorrow at 9:00 am.

16 members braved the heat index to ride this morning. I for one can’t wait until summer comes and it really gets hot. NOT! I didn’t share any twins stories during the safety brief because this is Mrs T’s ride and I was only subbing. But Donna and Skeeter confirmed that a tortoise was racing us down the bike lane to get to the start. Another tortoise was spotted in the Fort. No flats or mechanicals to report.
