Tomorrow's Amelia Island Main Beach bike ride will be "led" by yours truly and/or a designated co-ride leader, departing at 9:00 AM from Main Beach, located at South Fletcher Ave. (A1A) and Atlantic Ave., near the Recreation Center and the entrance to Fort Clinch State Park.  We usually park east of the Skateboard Park.  The standard routes are 30-35 miles, but this uniquely designed ride allows riders to cut off loops along the way to reduce the overall distance, if desired.

Online registration with NFBC is required for members and non-members who intend to ride with a group of cyclists on tomorrow's Amelia Island Main Beach ride.  Go to NFBC.us and follow the prompts--keeping in mind it ain't like it used to be.

Bicycle helmets are mandatory, as is a bicycle in good working condition. Safe cycling is an absolute must, and safety rules will be emphasized before the start of each ride. As always, cyclists are required to obey all traffic laws, or risk being ticketed by local law enforcement officers...or worse!
