Was it the high humidity, Tropical depression, or travel to new adventures?  Who know but there were 6 of us that showed up to ride the islands this morning.  As we caught up on the bike news and turtle news we also put in a safety briefing. Before you knew it time to start.  So the counterclockwise rotation from as the TD marches west was right in our face.  Folks had a nice break under the fort George bridge and then headed out with a nice tail wind.  I don't know of any flats or mechanicals.  Same time same place next week and I will be able to lead.  If you are wondering what I do as a turtle helper - picture shows how to release a straggler from the nest to the ocean in the correct direction.

Stay Safe

Most excellent ride report, Doug.  Fine writing, too!  And I loooove the photo of the baby sea turtle you helped scurry merrily along its way to the Atlantic Ocean.

Your fan,
