AmeletHDF fortran build on windows 64

Dear all,
The version 1.8.6 of HDF5 library has been released. A windows 64
binary version build with Intel fortran 11.1. is available on the
HDFgroup website.
I succeeded the build of ameletHDF library with these binaries. A wiki
page has been written to explain the method.
