Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Experience- 1-3Yrs
Shift Timing: Afternoon Shift/ Night Shift
Saturday/Sunday fixed off.
Job Description:
· Interface with customers, where you are an active player in company's sales and support Quote to cash cycle.
· Take care of the support Agreement orders where accuracy, good analytical skills and responsiveness are key to ensure good service.
· Ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms conditions, and ensure supporting documents are in order.
· Responsible for interfacing with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
· Respond to and /or provide assistance to internal customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, quote generation, customer service requests, product changes or returns, application assistance, accounts receivable collections, contract issues/administration or lease administration.
· Order fulfillment activities may include managing direct factory orders, monitoring inventories, coordination of delivery of factory products with Logistics.
· Evaluate customer service assignments and determine actions required.
· required to solve complex administrative and technical problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge
Skills Required:
· Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Should be proficient in MS Office- Outlook , Excel
Qualifications: Any Graduate
