Questionnaire Thread

Since professor won't be quiet here's the thread for all questionnaire ideas 

 

1)     Was  Communication between the team members was well-maintained?

2)      Do you think a larger team would have made things easier?

3)      Did the addition of a budget benefit the group?

I'll try and come up with a few for this when I get home.

So I wasn't really listening when Dr. G was talking about this. When and to whom does the survey get distributed, and what exactly are we supposed to accomplish with it?
