Overview

Are you interested in improving your sea kayaking skills for the season ahead (beginner through ointermediate)? Or, are you an intermediate paddler interested in co-leading sea kayaking trips and getting on a path to full leadership? Then join the Boston Chapter Paddlers Committee for a training session on Sunday, June 3 at Lake Cochituate in Framingham. Basic skills will be covered such as strokes, rescues, safety, and leadership. If you are interested in co-leading then you will work with a mentor this season who will coach you in the skill set required for planning and leading safe and successful trips. Boats are available to rent from Boating in Boston at the park.
