Overview

We will work on basic, efficient strokes for good boat control. Prepare to get wet doing kayak exits and rescues. Wear polypro clothing with a wind or waterproof jacket and foot protection that will stay on while you swim. Bring glasses-keepers, had, sun screen, water, lunch and dry clothes to change into later. Seakayak, PFD and paddle rental available on site.
