Overview

Learn the fundamentals of sea kayaking. We will work on boat fit, efficient strokes, and group and self-rescue techniques. Time will also be available to discuss types of kayaks and equipment for safe and comfortable paddling. Come prepared to paddle with clothes, sun protection and foot covering that will stay on when you are in the water.
