Rakshabandhan Party At Shilpa's

So far Preeti( Vinay), Ulka, Seemadidi and Dipti is in. Preeti( Ash) still waiting on your reply. Donno if shakuntala is back from India and  if Mangala has yet seen her email.

Plan for  Rakshabandhan celebration : 

I was thinking that all the girls ( adults and kids) should tie rakhis to boys ( adults and Kids) in thr group. All the families here are families of 4..So each family gets gifts for 1 other family which will be decided. So the gifts would be for the LADY  of the family and kids. I guess boys(kids) would upset if only girls (kids) get gifts.. Aadit has already declared that its not fair that I give gifts to 5 sisters and said that I hope atleast  1 sister gives me a return gift...Hahaha

We will decide a fixed amount ??( comfortable for every body)  and each of us gets gifts packed and named for 1 family...eg I  will get gifts for Ulka rhea and rewa (packed and named) , Ulka gets for Seemadidi Peru and prajoy, Seemadidi gets for Preeti, anoki and nirali and so on)

I hope mere vichar sabtak pahuche..(uffff  bahut likhana padata hai email me explain karne keliye!!!)  Aur vicharo ka swagat hai...

Food:

 I agree with Seemadidi It would be easier if its potluck. As its Sunday I was thinking if it would be Okay to have 1 appetizer and 1 main dish Chicken and rest all Vegetarian. Let me know if anybody thinks otherwise...

Ideas are welcome but this is what I was thinking...

Appetizer: 1 chicken and 1or 2 veggie

Maindish: 1 chicken and 1or 2 Veggie

Rice : 1 special  ice and white rice with dal

Chapati 

Dessert

Soft drinks and hot drinks for all thallis ;)

Each of us can pick up from above....

Games:

 If more people are confirmed then I can make Sanjay work on Jeopardy ( harder version) ..bahut maske lagane padenge!!!  
May be Karoake, cards, etc etc  Suggestions?????

Jab se Vinay Dumb Charrades me sudhar gaya hai...tabse maza hi kam hogaya game ka  ...:(

Also I really need somebody to get Rakhis.. I doubt that I can find locally unless I go to Devon

Abhi sab log dimag chalao and come up with more ideas....
