backlog of proofed projects

Ambuda has a large backlog of projects that have not been published to the site. This is a tracking & discussion thread to clear out the backlog.

Work remaining:

- [x] Create a status page that shows which projects have proofread + unpublished content.

- [ ] Update our XML publishing system to include proofreader / contributor names in the metadata.

- [ ] For difficult texts, update our visual editor to better support complex structure.

- [ ] Work through backlog texts.

The first task was necessary simply to get visibility into the state of our proofing work, which I didn't have before. Seeing how many proofread projects there are, I am humbled by everything that people have contributed already and am determined to give this work the attention and credit it deserves.
