Can we have a list of fonts that work for each language we intend to support?

Ideally our list should have the following:

1. each font should support vedic accents,
2. have choices for display and print,
3. be free for public use.

I'd say we start with the choices on https://fonts.google.com/, but we're certainly not restricted to that.

Also a good test phrase for us to have all (or most) necessary features represented would be nice when we go out to test various choices, i.e. like the quick brown fox, but with all sounds and accents. This could possibly be complicated by conjunct consonants which some fonts do poorly, and accents.
