Alternatively, you should indicate in your return email an amount you/your company are much comfortable to manage if you were unable to manage all the entire funds, by filling the attached Project Assessment Worksheet perfectly, either in PDF or MS WORD version, which will enable me to make a good presentation of your proposed project plan to the investor's Mandate (Lawyer) for better understanding, where the capital funds will be invested.
Furthermore, you must know that you will assume the role of funds manager, you shall be solely responsible for the management of the portfolio under your discretion without any interference from the principle once we have agreed on the target sector and disburse the funds into your company's bank account custody.
There will be a Draft Investment Partnership Contract Agreement, a memorandum of understanding (MOU), which will be made available at a later stage for your study/review and input if any.
