Whether you’ve been processing your own deer for years or if you’ve always wanted to cut your own game, please consider coming to Ambridge Sportsmen’s on Saturday, September 6th at 11:00 AM for a free (roughly one hour) demonstration put on by Kip’s Deer Processing.
He will have a deer on site and review a presentation on how to properly handle your game, including a live cutting demonstration.

Kip’s is one of the Pittsburgh area's largest processors and he wants to help educate more hunters on the proper way to make sure your game is handled and packaged right ...and he’s doing it free of charge.
Kip has been in the business since the mid-1970’s and has attended meat science classes through the University of Wisconsin State University and attended the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, so not only are there years of experience he can share, but he will also talk about the science behind what he does.
