Hi, all!
Assaf Kron, Sylvia Kreibig and I submitted a proposal for a preconference at SAS this year (SF, in the spring), but it was rejected. In our defense, there were a LOT of submissions and they crowdsourced them - I believe that Emotion Regulation and Positive Emotions. Again. ;) I did hear from Maital Neta, one of the organizers, who said that there was a lot of enthusiasm about our submission and that we should think about submitting a symposium (this is the first year they are taking symposia submissions).
Sylvia and I are on board! But we would love a couple of additional talks to round out the session. Both of us have data on the regulation of ambivalence, but that doesn't mean the theme couldn't be broader (e.g., "On the Experience and Regulation of Mixed Emotions").
I am posting to see if anyone is interested in joining us on this submission! It's due in early November, so please think about it and let me know sooner rather than later.
All best,
Cat Norris
