Bellow you can  read a part from Ambar's handbook.

"Punctuality  

Employees are responsible for knowing their schedule. Employees who know they are going to be late must call the restaurant and speak to the MOD. Messages left with other members of the staff or not left by the employee themselves are considered unacceptable. Speaking with a manager does not excuse the tardiness. Tardiness will be marked in the employee’s file and excess tardiness can result in a disciplinary action, including termination."

It has been noticed that staff members are running late for their shifts and I wanted to remind you that if  you are scheduled at 9am, that means that you are in your uniform and ready to work at 9am sharp! If you are from some reason running late, your obligation is to let MOD know. Otherwise, every staff member who is late without letting MOD know, will be disciplined. This shouldn't be your practice as we need all staff members to be ready to work by their scheduled time in order to all opening restaurant procedures go smoothly.

 

International women's day is on Wednesday, March 8th and we will be pouring complimentary sparkling house wine to our female guests.

Please be informed that when local standard time is about to reach Sunday, March 12, 2017, 2:00:00 am clocks are turned forward 1 hour to Sunday, March 12, 2017, 3:00:00 am local daylight time instead. 

 

 

Most of smart phones are set to automatically change but it's always good to check. 

 

Please plan this accordingly so you don't run late for your Sunday brunch shift.

It was about  time to schedule another general restaurant cleaning where all staff members will give contribution. As usual, we will focus on areas which are not necessarily cleaned on every day basis. MOD will provide you a list of things what have to be done for specific day.

 

Please disregard your scheduled time and arrive at 1pm on day you are assigned to clean.
