Dear Ambarians,
First week of the RW is over and attached you can find results. Congratulations to the whole team for breaking all winner RW records. Our mission is accomplished, 90% of the guests decided to choose Balkan experience. This is much higher than projected goal, but also the highest percentage in Bottomless dinner since opening.
Thank you for all your dedication, extra hours of work and less hours of sleep in the past week. You reached numbers that we can be only proud of! All of you went beyond highest standards of service, hospitality and team work. As a result team award is well deserved – let’s meet on 13th of February at 9:30 pm at Spider Kelly’s (3181 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201) for drinks and social games.
