Attached you will find a spread sheet with all of our dinner menu items. This week for our weekly focus we will play a simple game – and we will discuss your answers.

Imagine that you have 4 top table, they are deciding to do Balkan Experience and you guide them through the menu. We know that first for sure you will send Mezze Platter to the table and we will discuss on pre shift meetings which meats you would choose.

But on the spread sheet you need to choose the 10 plates for this 4 top in order of what you would send first to last. What is your choice and why?

Is there any dish you would prefer better than another? Is there any dish you wouldn't send to your table? Why?
