Upcoming menu changes

Dear Team,


As you all know summer is approaching and as usual we like to refresh our menu with some more seasonal dishes. On Saturday (4.1) we will roll out our new brunch menu and on Monday 4/3 we will roll out our new summer edition to the dinner menu. Attached please find descriptions for the new dinner items.

Dishes that we are taking out from the dinner menu are following:

1.Organic slaw

2.Lamb stew

3.Ham & cheese crepe

 

 

Dish that is going out from the brunch menu:

 

1. Balkan Panini

 

 

Instead we will add:

 

1.Balkano - slow cooked pork/house made mustard/spicy salami/lettuce

2.Egg BLT-served on toast bread open face topped with malted mix cheese

3.Mezze plater- beef prosciutto (NY) /beef & pork salami (NY)

4.A la carte Benedicts will be served with potato hash and mix green salad

 

Dishes that are taking out from the dessert menu are:

1.Apple pie

2.Cherry pie

 

Instead we will add :

 

1. PANNA COTTA (white chocolate panna cotta with strawberry yogurt and hazelnut biscuit)

1. BALKAN STYLE APPLE PIE ( with apple gelee / apple ice cream / chocolate mousse / peanut crumble)

 

We have all week at the front of us to focus on discussion about all this menu changes and please don't hesitate to ask any questions on preshift.
