Please follow the guidelines mentioned below:

 

2.     Referees are required to:

-          Upload the resumes on the Employee Referral portal on or before 7.00 pm 28^th May 2010. Please note that the resume upload in the system before the said date and time is mandatory.

-          You will have to accompany 10 candidates to either of the interview locations. (These 10 candidate resumes have to be uploaded in the Employee Referral portal.)

-          In case you have issues in resume upload, please write to Employee REFERRAL GLT/GLT/HSDI/HSBC,

 

3.        Referrals are required to carry:

-       Updated resume

-       Current employment identity card

-       Company Documents:

Current Company  : Appointment Letter/Offer Letter and Salary slip (previous month).

Previous Company: Appointment Letter/Offer Letter and Relieving Letter/Exp Letter.

-       Recent photograph: 2 copies

-       Name and PeopleSoft Id of the referee.

-       Entry timelines  9.00am -  11.00 am
