NEED Of GUIDANCE ON PROJECT

to all the group members i need ur help and guidance on a project that i am presently working on.The project is of text mining i.e to extract the relevant information from a document like Name , location, Titiles and objective of document.The project is to be develop on c#, till now i have searched many text mining and text analyst tools  but iam not getting how to go futher. if any one has any knowledge kindly help me.
