Hope all are doing great and are enjoying the life.

Now a days Real Estate field is booming like anything (Nako titka). If you want to buy a 1 bhk flat; you  have to pay nr @ 20 to 25 lakhs in city. 

I think many of us are looking out for their own appt in Pune, so why not we start some new range of mails. The thing is only if anybody knows thw resonable rates somewhere around city then just simply drop a mail on group with subject line as mentioned so that the person who is in search of appt can get the information easily.

Also Our senior members can guide us @ flats, Builder reputation,Area details, Quality etc.
