FEELINGS(Attitude is more important than Aptitude)

Dear All,

One fact of life is that if you achieve your goal then generally people use to say  “I can not express my feelings in words” but I want to express them in my own words.

On this great day I would like to express my feelings in front of you all.

NOTE:I know my English is not so good,but all of you are my best friends,so if I make mistakes then Sorry for that.Please Don’t be a typical AMBAJOGAIANs,because what is important is to understand my FEELINGS.

 

As you know that I have done CDAC from ACTS Pune, but I coulden’t get job till the last month .

On 3^rd of July I saw my sun arrived in the sky of pune corporate,I got job in BMC Software Ind.Pvt Ltd.

 

I am very happy not just because  I got the job, but some major reasons are there also(I will explain them below)

 

There might be some questions in the mind of all my 1999(HSC) batch mates like

1.Why GURUJI use to spend more than half of time with the guys of 1998(HSC) batch?

2.Why GURUJI spends more time with his older brother?

And

3.How come this guy who was average in the studies is now working with well known Software Company BMC?

 

If it is the case then you will get all the answers here.

 

With all my respect in my mind for all of those guys from 1998(HSC) batch, I am expressing my feelings here.

 

I remember that day when two friends failed in there Engineering Degree, one of them is Mr. Prasad Chothwe(i.e. Myself).I was totally frustrated on that day and was thinking like I am the one who never be an engineer or good at studies.

God had given me the most beautiful gift of my life! He sent some very very closest Friends to me

Kiran Deshpande,

Ganesh Mudegaonkar,

Anand Kulkarni,

Prashant Vyas,

Govind Babhulgaonkar,

Makarand Deshpande,

Vinod Awad,

Martand Gangane,

Akshay Kokil,

Sachin Kirdant,

Prasad Dharurkar,

Kishore Kodarkar,

and many more………(If any body’s name I forgot by mistake then I am sorry).   

 

They had given me lots of power and enthusiasm to struggle with Situation in the life.

Pravin had given me the best direction of my life, by seeing him I learnt how to achieve the success in life, what exactly is the attitude and confidence and…………………………………….

He is the very respectable person for me(you can understand),because he gave me the right direction of my career, he had given me the suggestion to do the CDAC,and because of him I am here today.

No doubt  my success is because of “Ashirwad of Yogeshwaridevi,Raghavendra Swami, My Mother , father and all of my friends and last  but not least my efforts”

But the  credit goes to Pravin ,Prashant and Kiran(these are the brothers who understands me and help me to take the right decisions).

 

Hey I am not emotional; this is the fact of my life that I am having so many best friends like all of you.

They have proven that”ATTITUDE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT APTITUDE”, only Every One have to Waite till his TURN.

 

These are my feelings for all of you, I am sure that all of us will do the same work for our juniors who are just passed out and in search of jobs.

We don’t want to repeat our mistakes with them, right?

 

So Give them all the Instructions like, in which field you r having the knowledge. For example Makarand and I can help to people who want to do the CDAC.

 

At last Thanks for understanding me and my feelings and of course for your precious time.

 

Thanks ones again.

hi Prasad ,

                 congratulations for joining BMC SOFTWARE as software engineer.

 

Its very nice that u r very grateful for your friends who they stood with you when you

r jobless or u need them. You quoted my name in them. So i would like to share some things with you those one good friend must share with you.

 

To get a job is not ultimate aim of your life.Its just kick start of your life.There r so many things of those u r not aware, u need to learn them from life. And there is enough space to grow you.   

 

You r not only my good friend but also like my younger brother.So dear, Ambajogai Pride is not right place to express your overflooded emotions nor it is a way to express them.Sorry but its my habbit to express my stand, and u people know about it.And Not only Attitude is more important than Aptitude, But Altitude of your Attitude is more important than Aptitude.
