(A personal note to sachin & anand):

Remember, you would not have received such a great encouragement, support and appreciation form everyone if you would have selected in best company,  working on best profile at best salaries....

you are receiving this applaud/ encouragement because you will need it !!! you will need it all the way till you achieve your ultimate aim (financial success)

You will need it because the path you chosen is good to talk about, great to dream about but difficult and overwhelming to walk. 

 

There would be times / situations in future that you will face (i wish you would not. but you may face) when everything settles down, a sense of hopelessness, a fear of unknown, pressure of Herculean tasks, a feeling of lagging behind and fruitlessness may destroy you confidence, your will. 

Remember, these appreciations these encouragements these "buck up" shouts !!!! from all of us.... you will need it then...( I call it battery chargers) 

Do not quit !!! keep working... Most people who quit eventually regret on realizing that how close they were on the way achieving their goal !!! I don't want to sound pessimistic here, Just wanted to bring the importance of this appreciation, support and encouragement to your notice...

Nevertheless, I hope this tiny step from these two willing entrepreneurs will make a mark on employee mindset and job security addiction of our society 

and 

I wish they will set an inspiring example for upcoming generations of willing entrepreneurs from Ambajogai.

on an ending note wish to share a thought:
