Hello to all,

I really appreciate the development of the group.

Actually we can take forward this step as suggested by Anand by developing a website for our group.I will be really happy to contribute my inputs on the same .

Till then we can contribute to our community in many ways.

by way of Mentoring

The reason I mention it first is because I believe that everyone is capable of reaching the highest level of success and has the required potential but what we really lack is the access to such opportunity or guidance in right sense.

so ..by way of a good actionable plan not just suggestions we can groom our people towards future.

Secondly the most easiest thing each of us do is for JOB -HUNT.

we can post vacanies available in our companies which do not come out in paper normally , that we can share
