Dear Ones,

I am very pleased to inform you all that due to many good
projects coming to Omniscient(my company), they are in dire & urgent
need of java software professionals. Salary is not at all a constraint
for eligible candidates. Work culture is excellent. They take fun
seriously. We have right balance of work & fun here, so we never feel
any exhaustion. We never feel working in a company but in a home. Our
bosses are very friendly & helpful. There is no restriction on internet
browsing. Apart from all this they have got very good projects on Java
from US. More than 90% of business comes from US. Person has to be
thoroughly proficient in all phases of software development process.
Our technical head mainly stresses on design, architecture & coding
style.
Currently requirements are on Core Java(essential), JSP, Servlet,
EJB & other J2EE technologies, XML, familiarity with basic DB concepts
& experience on at least one RDBMS(Oracle,SQL Server)(essential) with 0
or more years of experience having any graduation.
