Finally.,..:-)!!! The day has come.. Nd d yatra which promises to be life changing has started..!
24th is a induction day of the yatra nd by 11 am we are through with formalities like registration, medical check, luggage tagging etc.
Then the most imp part of introduction started.
It included individual intro nd also the kind of work they do.
The yatries are frm diff. States, languages, nations, having diff. Eductnl quali..
Though dere is a diversity in evry aspect.. Bt i found some thngs are in common among us.. Lyk energy, excitement nd anxiousness..!!
Its a perfect mixture f sociocrats with a entrepreneurial touch.
Dere r 346 yatris nd facilitators..!
Dere r 27% rural
35% r semi urban nd rest r frm urban areas.
There r more dan 20 international yatris nd
facilitators.
I jus lovd d grouping system which is specially designed to maintain d diversity f regn, language, thoughts etc
d intro started at around 2 pm. In dis dey introduced d structure nd activities of d yatra 2 us.. A stuf of do's nd donts was shard wit us.!
Dere ws a major presntatn by mr. Shashank mani.. On enterprise led devlopmnt (ELD).
He explnd it in both statistics & intectual ways.. Also gave his resns 2 emphasize ELD Like
it is job creator thng nd ELD is all abt shifting d paradigm of development frm dependence to tht f taking charge..
An enterprise need an idea, capital nd a committed team.
I thnk its my turn 2 tak dis pilgrimage, a pilgrimage dat honrs d country by exploring & learning frm it.!
Persnaly i thnk d ELD is a gr8 idea fr boosting d growth rate of country by implementing it at d grass root level.. &over 350 yatris including me hv dat potential & nd energy to go fr it
afr dis d majr event of inaugural functn started with d yatri geet& a wel choreographed dance by us all. Its jus a gr8 feeling 2 b dere nd feeling d d energy flowng thr d hall.
At evry dance movement i piled ma self wit shear confidence nd courage...! Its kind f diff. Feeling 2 b dere in 350 lyk me who cn thnk who cn innovate nd who hs a coman can-do attitude 2 begin d transformation of a mother INDIA.
Then d big man came on stage its R. GOPALKRISHNAN.(TCS) 3rd in tata grp. He describd his thghts in a simpl nd humorous maner.
He told a thgt frm ALLAMA EQBAL
