Below is the specification of the requirement:
Skill: MANUAL TESTING
QA Manager (10 years and above)
· Managing teams of at least 15-25 resources across multiple customer accounts
· Experience in Pre-sales support (RFP support – QA proposal making, efforts estimation, resources planning, risks & mitigations)
· Experience in Test Life Cycles of projects in waterfall and agile methodologies
· Proficient in Test Planning, Scheduling and Tracking on multiple QA accounts
· Experience in onsite-offshore model of projects execution
· Experience in various domains and technologies, web based applications
· Banking and Insurance domain experience would be favorable
· Customer requirements and expectations management (like requirements scoping, change requests management)
· Experience in team management – allocation, skills, aspirations and , performance appraisal, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly motivated and self-driven (training & certifications, tools, etc.)
· Readiness for onsite travel as per business requirements (short as well as long term)
· Valid USA, Canada visa would be favorable
Test Lead (5 – 6 years)
· Experience in Test Plan, Estimation , Execution of Test Cases, mitigation, test matrix
· Thoroughly conversant with all the typical Testing Terminologies and Processes
· Experience in testing web based applications
· Experience in Bug Life Cycle (Knowledge of any industry standard Bug Tracker)
· Test report Preparation, and Test data preparation
· Test case design
· Team Handling experience
· Good communication skills and a team player
Test Engineer (1-3 years) / Sr. Test Engineer (3-5 years)
· Thoroughly conversant with all the typical Testing Terminologies and Processes
· Hands on Experience in writing test cases by understanding functional requirements and or applications
· Experience in testing web based applications
· Experience in Bug Life Cycle (Knowledge of any industry standard Bug Tracker)
· Experience in Test cases execution and bugs reporting and tracking to closure
· Should be able to work independently on the assigned tasks
· Good communication skills and a team player
