Java - J2ee - Sr. Software Engineer / Module Lead / Team lead
- Essential Skills = Core Java, JSP, Servlets, J2ee with any one of the following
- Struts, Hibernate, EJB's, Spring, Ajax, Web Services, Swing
- Experience - 3 to 7 years
C#, ASP.NET – Software Engineer/Senior Software engineer
- Excellent work experience in C#.NET with Asp.net
- Should have more then 2 years of work experience in C#, ASP.NET
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005/Win Forms
- Experinece-2-4 Years
C#, ASP.NET - Module Lead / Team lead
- Should have strong work experience in C#.NET with Asp.net
- Should have 4.5+ yrs of overall experience with at least 3 years in C#.NET / along with ASP.net
- Should have lead / mentor a team of 4-8 engineers
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, Silverlight, Win Forms.
SharePoint – Sr. Software Engineer/ Module Lead / Team lead
· Should have good knowledge of SharePoint 2003/2007, SharePoint Object Model, and MOSS 2007.
· Should have good knowledge and hands on experience on SharePoint Designer
· Very good knowledge of .Net (C#, ASP.Net)
· Should have led a team of 4-6 persons.
· Experience – 4 to 8 Years.
QE Server - Sr. Software Engineer - QE / Module Lead / Team Lead
- Should have hands-on experience in Software Testing on server side with Test Cases Execution.
- Hands on experience in Perl or Shell Scripting.
- Knowledge / Exposure to Linux or any flavor of UNIX OS.
- Should have worked on at least one database.
- Experience in leading a team of 3 to 6 people.
- Experience - 3 to 7 Years
Microsoft Automation Tester - Software Engineer/Senior Software engineer
- Should have experience in Test Automation using c#, Dot Net.
- Experience in Microsoft automation tools like MAUI is an added advantage.
- Experience– 2 to 3 Years.
Automation Tester - Software Engineer/Senior Software engineer/ Module Lead/Team Lead
- Hands on experience in test automation tools - QTP, Win Runner, Silk Test, RFT, Clear Quest [combination of any of the two tools]
- Should be good in Test Case Designing, Test Case planning, Test Case writing, Test case execution, Test reporting
- Experience in writing, executing test cases, ability to report bugs effectively,
- Good understanding of testing life cycle and thorough knowledge of defect management is required.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Experience level – 2 to 6 Yrs.
C, C++ Windows – Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer/ Module Lead / Team Lead / Technical Lead
- Should have experience working in C++ on Windows OS.
- Should be good in Computer fundamentals like Data structures, Algorithms etc.
- Should have development experience.
- Should be hands on STL, threads and processes, memory management.
- Experience in ATL, COM, WIN 32 will be an added advantage.
- Candidates applying for Lead positions should have experience of leading a team of 4-10 people.

- Should be able to maintain call logs and works activity reporting.

- Should have good interpersonal and organizational skills, should be comfortable in a team environment.

Technical Architect - Java
- At least (7+) years of working experience in IT is required for this position.
- Should have experience in J2EE Solutions Architecture. Should have experience designing and developing very large transactional systems.
- Should be familiar with RDBMS & XML technologies.
- Should have experience with analyzing business requirements, and converting them into software requirements and detailed design.
- Should have ability to evaluate existing systems and suggest alternate architectures/platforms/technologies based on criteria such as performance, scalability, footprints, etc.
- Hands-on experience with design and coding highly preferred.
Project / Account Manager
- Device application development, experience in any of 2 technology out of J2ME, Windows Mobile, Symbian, BREW
- Experience in developing portable device applications
- Manage large accounts including team, customer, deliverables and P&L.
- Recruit and setup new team, motivate the team.
- Proficient in project management, account management, team management & customer management
- Should have experience of handling teams of >20 persons.
- Experience: 10-14 years
