Testing Weekend Drive in Hyderabad

Dear IBMer

We have a weekend event for Testing on 7th August in Hyderabad.

Kindly check the below skills and joining locations and do refer your friends, siblings and relatives for a face to face interview.

Date & Timing : 7th August 2010, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, (Hyderabad)....
             



Seperate Referral Screening Desk.

Referral candidates would be processed seperately on priority . All the referral candidates need to approach the referral screening desk which would be set up at the venue.

• As it is an exclusive drive, No need to revert back to this mail with your referral's CV . Kindly screen their profiles at your end according to the below requirements and do send them directly to the below venue for taking up the interview.
• We will be able to give you the feedback of your referrals (only those who will pass the preliminary screening and move to the technical interview) after one week from the interview date,
• Candidate's can travel from other locations to attend the interview in Hyderabad on their own expense if they are sure about their profile meeting to the criteria. Candidate not matching to the criteria will not be entertained for the further process.
• Our IBM representatives will be present in the venue to guide for the interviews, as we aspire to achieve quality conversions in our interview drives, further screening desks will be installed at the venue to re-validate your referral profile with the demands mentioned below. Request your cooperation for the same.
• Below mentioned openings might not be available in the future and so please ensure that your referrals do not miss this event.

**(QTP- Quick Test Professional, RFT-Rational Functional Test, RPT- Rational Performance Test)

Please make sure that the candidates carry all the mandatory documents with photocopies/xerox. Interviews will not be conducted for candidates without documents and who doesn't meet to the above mentioned skill set.

PLEASE NOTE:

• As per process we will not be able to process your referral profile further if they have been interviewed by IBM in the last 3 months
• Please ask your referral to write your name clearly in the form given to fill at the venue and also on top of their resume.
• Due to security concerns they are not allowed to carry any bags into the IBM Premises.
