          As we all know many of our Ambajogaikars are alumni of Govt. Engg. College Aurangabad .

        We are inviting all alumni to the function but if any one didn't get the mail or call so  take this mail as invitition & attend the function.

Dear Alumnus of GECA,

Greetings of the season and Happy New Year to all !!!

The dates for the Global Alumni Meet are confirmed as before, 26^th & 27^th Jan 2010.  It is the first program of such a big get together as the occasion is Golden Jubilee Year of GECA.

 

Alumni Association, GEC, Aurangabad (AAGECA) is taking up the responsibility of organizing this meet.

 

We are cordially inviting you to gather here for the program and grace the occasion with your presence. Every one will be happy to cherish the memories of their college days.

 

Programs on both the days are only for Alumni and not for Family members. (The reason is that the meet is for the batches from First to 2009 batch and hence it is not possible to include family for this meet. The family members are welcome to visit GECA anytime throughout the year.

 

1] The schedule of the program:

 

26^th Jan 2010          

 

5.30 pm to 10.00 pm              Alumni “Rajani”

                                                            Venue: Basket Ball - Volley Ball Ground

 

·         An Informal program with Music, Orchestra, interaction and dinner

 

27^th Jan 2010          

 

9.30 am to 12.30 pm              Formal Stage Program

                                                            Venue: College Auditorium

·         Institute’s Presentation on Expectations from Alumni

·         Felicitations

·         Talks by a few Alumni on “What I can contribute for the students, institutethrough Alumni Association”

·         Some Declarations by Alumni Association

2.00 pm to 3.30 pm                Visit to Departments and important facilities developed in the institute

 

2] Arrival Confirmation:

 

As the alumni number is big, it is requested that you send us your arrival confirmations on or before 21^st Jan 2010. This will enable us to make proper program arrangements. You can confirm your attendance by one of the following options:

 

i) Through Website:

·         On home page, at the end of the invitation, “click here for arrival confirmations”

·         Click and fill the information in the form. Submit the form.

·         You will get an automated Reply of your form submission.

4] Registration Charges: There are No charges for attending this program. We want you to come and participate whole  heartedly to cherish memories.

 

However we appeal you to increase the membership of our Alumni Association by becoming member so as to meet the objectives meant for welfare of the students and institute.
