We are looking for the following professionals:-



1) Development Manager:

Skills: Project Manager (2 years) with thorough technical background, & experience as a programmer for at least 6-7 years. Should be able to engage technically with the team & counterparts as well as manage people & external expectations.

Experience: 9-12 years



2) QA Professionals (Manual):
Skills: Experience in test planning, test case design, and execution essential. Knowledge of Databases will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3-5 years



3) QA Professionals (Automation):
Skills: Testing experience on web-based applications with exposure of writing VB Scripts (QTP Scripts) and development of Automation framework is essential. Experience in writing test plans/test cases with around 1+ year of extensive work on QTP essential.

Experience: 3-5 years


4) QA Lead:
Skills: Should be leading a team of 4-5 QA engineers for at-least 2 years. Experience in test planning, test case design, and execution essential. Knowledge of Databases is desirable.

Experience: 6 – 9 years



5) DB2 DBA:

Skills: Data architects with 2-4 years experience in database design and implementation. Hands-on experience in DB2 is essential.

Experience: 2 - 4 years



6) Business Analyst:

Skills: Bankers with 2-5 years of experience in the IT department of the bank essential. Exposure to Regulatory Reporting (Basel II, Sox, AML) desirable.

Experience: 2 - 5 years
