Job Location: Pune
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for leading a development team for Volume Manager/Veritas Volume Replicator product (Windows).
Will be responsible for providing technical leadership, ownership of modules, timely & quality deliverables.
Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills as job will involve extensive communication with all stake holders. Will be required to mentor team members.
Excellent coding skills as atleast 50% of time will be spent on coding.
Technical Skills required:
Must have:
Expertise in Windows Kernel and User land Development (Windows DDK, Windows System programming), Good programming and hands-on skill in C/C++, algorithms
Ability to Design Windows Kernel modules, Conduct Design reviews
Good analytical abilities and problem solving skills
Ability to work as a team player
Desired : Storage Domain
Experience required:
8 to 10 years of experience in Software Development starting as an Individual Contributor. Holding a team lead position will be a added plus.
Desired: Experience with product development environment
Education Preferred:
Graduate/ Post graduate in engineering. Computer science background (formal education) is a must.
