We are looking for engineering graduates working with reputed non-IT organizations with an ambition to make a career in the IT Industry.
Educational Background: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA or equivalent.
Experience: 4-8 years of working experience in engineering industry (Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Metallurgy & others) and expertise in their current domain.
Behavioral skills: Good communication, analytical/problem solving skills, team leading experience, team player, flexible, aptitude to learn new technologies.
Role: Senior Technical Associate /Team Leader.
Selection process: The candidates will go through Aptitude test, Technical & HR Interview.
Training: The candidates will be undergoing 3 months of intensive training on technical and behavioral skills & after successful completion of training, they will be inducted in software projects as Senior Technical Associate/Team Leader.
Exposure to IT is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates from project-based industries and having exposure to project management
