Hi All,
I am sure that you all are doing well. As many of us are planning to settle in Pune, every body is looking for a permanent residential address i. e own house. Today because of recession, real estate prices are reduced, but not that extent, which every one can afford to buy a new house.
We have some ideas to share with you regarding getting a house at affordable price.
We are planning to form a society i.e. co-operative housing society with minimum 50 members. After formation of a society, the Society will purchase a land by taking contribution from its members and after getting all required sanctions the Society will develop the land by itself or by some builder and construct the Apartment for its members.
We had a meeting on 18th Jan regarding this. We planned to form a committee first. If anybody has any information regarding land (purchase) please contact Aniket immediately.Til Gul program was taken at that moment just after the meeting. Some of the pics will be shared soon to you guys.

28 Feb – List of 50 Members.
30 March – Society Registrations.
30 April – First Installment.
Possessions Dec 2009 to March 2010
Next meeting date is 8th Feb 2009. Venue & time will be communicated till 5th Feb.
Please find the attached .XLS file for the interested people considered yet. Things are tentative & subject to change but these are put considering real things & obstacles as well :).
