Hi,

Kalch conference sampli.

connected to lot of people.

National university of singaporechya hostel  var thambloy..with my project partner Veera.

Finding out difference between India and Singapore.

Majja yetey... to find out different cultures.

M missing u all.

Culture here is quiet different. its individualistic, liberal, free.

But... ya saglyat manoos harvala nahi pahije as vataaty.

Lot of things to be extracted from culture and to be included in our culture.

ya veli jast firnyapeksha..youth culture, education system, national development ya sarkhya goshti pahtoy. observe kartoy.

janvtay ki as Indian we are not lagging in terms of talent. But we need to be more extrovert, expressive, while being in profession we have to keep relations out.

And importantly..we have to be more responsible about our commitments, times. We have to learn to respect every individual- he may be the cleaner or waiter or any1 doesn't matter.

Education and youths all over the worlds are quiet similar.

Only culture differs.

Our psychology is the key problem-- the way we take assignments in colleges, the way our surrounding behaves with us and the way we behaves with surrounding all matters.

if u r committed, true, responsible, timely then others also will behave with u in the same manner. at the end we have to learn these values of life.

Its the only thing that differs us from them.

Yesterday- i have attended a leadership workshop in University

Veera has purposefully enrolled for me.

Tyat ek story hoti, eka gavachi. jithe sagle lok happy astat. but entire environment is suspecious.

And mentor asked us- would you like to live there?

we got some results.

Then he distributed another part of story- it states that:

all happiness that city has is due to a boy.

Ani to mulga eka jail madhe khoop vait stitit thevalela asto.

Jar tyala changal ayushya dyaych tharval tar gavatil anand nighun jail.

again he asked the questions: do u want to be there?

And we got some good finding..

these reflects the culture.

May b i will try in India- lets see what we get out of this?

Then he made problem complex.and few questions...

very interesting to know what u think..how do u think.

the mentor was quiet similar to pranav. he was Indian and advisor to PM Singapore.

we are no lagging..but lot of tings to be done.

Lot of changes to be bring out.

Just to say..

Be the change you want to see...

It means...

If you want to carry out the change-

then you should become the leader.
