Hi friends Discussion on MRP is now come on action plane
Here with I am sending u detail GR of RTI which gives us information about legal aspect of it.
Here is the start of action plan which is suggested by all or APG member.
1)I request u to name the shops where u need to pay over and above MRP. So within some months we will have a big list which can help us.
And lastly after some days we can take legal action. In no ways ur names will be disclosed.
2)I think one of the ways to address this issue is To File A Public Petition and use media to put pressure for such malpractice.
3)In my opinion, a complain should be raised to the representatives of these branded milk companies who issue the pricing to their agents and dealers. The brand image getting hampered because of the pricing which agents are offering to consumers, may be considered.
4)we can easily do one thing........................
Stop paying extra over MRP and stop the mal-practice.
5)Public(customer) is main source to stop this malpractice..We should create awareness among all people in all cities n towns thru local NEWSPAPER and explaining 'this kind of business going on & how we can stop this forever'.so I think newspaper is best media to create awareness for this....
6)EMAILS suddha effective way aahe
We can use it also.
7)For stopping this we start from today not to giving that money & tell friends and family member to do the same.We only pay whatever MRP value printed in it.
8)One of the way is mouth publicity.Those friends who spend their weekends in group
they can easily achieve the goal.

Thanks a lot Dada & all our Pride Group members for a detained analysis of this issue.
Dada, I am quite sure that this action plan will definitely help us to highlight & put some flash on this. Society (we all) will get the benefits out of it.
I will create a region wise list of such shop keepers, retailers from the names posted & then send it to you for further action.
There are few lawyers on our group, who can provide some inputs on legal matters about Public Petition. Please share your thoughts on this.
Hopefully we can teach a lesson to such MALPRACTITIONERs through this movement.
