09:30 AM – 09:40 AM - Inauguration

09:40 AM – 10:00 AM – Introduction

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Inauguration of 1^st Group Activity & guidance by 1^st Invitee

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM – Inauguration of 2^nd Group Activity & guidance by 2^nd Invitee

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Inauguration of 3^rd Group Activity & guidance by 3^rd Invitee

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Inauguration of 4^th Group Activity & guidance by 4^th Invitee

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Vote of Thanks & Voluntary thoughts/speakers if any.

 

 

1^st Group Activity: Library of Books collected from different people.

2^nd Group Activity: Blood Donation Camp on Diwali Padwa

3^rd Group Activity: Donation of 7 Dust Bins to ST Bus Stand, Marking for Parking slots at parking Area

4^th Group Activity: 101 Tree Plantation or Donation
