Dear all,
Ambajogai Research and Public-health InsTitute [ARPIT] is an organization that has been founded to conduct and promote health research/education activities in Ambajogai.
This is to appeal all of APG members to magnanimously contribute towards this cause. We are at the end of first year of this institute and have been able to conduct quite a few activities during this period.
At present we need assistance for getting 12A and 80G certificates that would make the finances of the institution as well as donations to this institute ‘Non taxable’ and this will be a great start because we want to run this as a ‘Non Profit’ entity and finances need to be non-taxable.
We are also in a process to start a ‘Diabetes Counselling Center’ which, we reckon is a step ahead of times and a major preventive effort regarding diabetes which is an emerging threat even in rural areas. We want to be pioneers in this regard [preventive efforts for diabetes in rural areas].
Combined for both of these purposes we need close to rs. 30,000 [15000 each for above mentioned activities]. Your assistance in the multiples of 500 or 1000 are very welcome.
